Welcome to CommunalCraft – A Fair & Friendly semi-Vanilla Survival SMP Server

CommunalCraft is a community-driven Hermitcraft-like Minecraft SMP built around creativity, collaboration, and fairness. We provide a lightly enhanced survival experience designed to preserve the heart of vanilla Minecraft while offering quality-of-life additions that improve gameplay without disrupting balance.

✅ Staying true to vanilla – We do not offer any commands such as /spawn, /tpa. Travel is to be done by foot, flying, horse, or by our nether hub! That said we do allow players to set ONE home in order to save themselves time as not everyone has large amounts of time to spend on Minecraft!

The world

The main survival world is where all the magic happens. This is where players build bases, build city's, build minigames, build shops - build anything they want!

To help maintain the tight knit feel, there are some worldborders in place.

Overworld - 8000 x 8000 blocks

Nether - 5000 x 5000 blocks (be careful with portals outside the OW border)

The End - 8000 x 8000 blocks

Our main world will never reset so you can build those mega builds without worry of one day losing them! We want to build a world full of epic builds and rich history.

The spawn

The spawn of CommunalCraft is the communal hub of the world. Here you have access to communal farms, the shopping district, and the events arena where events (such as spleef) are regularly hosted.

The most cool part of spawn though is that it is totally 100% free build, meaning players can build anywhere in spawn and build anything they want. This means the spawn area is a part of the world where community collaboration is at the highest and as time goes by the spawn will become an area of the server that is home to many different builds by many different players - the ultimate community build project!
